Art 3 has changed me significantly as a person and an artist. At first, many things were different and challenging because I had never committed myself to finishing a large acrylic painting before. However, with the help and advice of my amazing art teacher, I pulled through and was quite happy with my first ever completed painting! Next, I tested my art skills on a 30 by 40 canvas, which was much bigger than the previous one.

In Art 4, I felt at home. Even though the expectations were higher, I painted with more ease and excitement than ever before! Now, I understand even more about painting, and fine art in general, and am optimistic I can do well in this class. As independent as I think I am at painting, there is still so much to learn - an artist never truly stops learning because that is how they get better. Ultimately, I will reach the stars by working hard and doing my very best, and if I mess up, I will do it all over again.
